We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. Case studies and examples describe past projects and do not guarantee the same results for any future project.
Submitting a quote request or contacting us does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. Any estimate we give is for guidance only. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal, statement of work or contract, and that agreement takes priority over these Terms for the work it covers.
We use the project details you share with us to assess and respond to your request. If you would like a non-disclosure agreement in place before you share sensitive details, let us know and we will arrange one.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and page design, belong to AlphaSquad or to the people who have licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal or internal business use. Client names, logos and product names shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the projects we have worked on. Third-party product names and trademarks are used for identification only and do not imply endorsement.
When you send us information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. If you apply for a job, your CV and cover letter must be your own and truthful. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
